Job Description - Case Management Manager (Life Insurance Distribution)

With a distinguished reputation and extensive expertise in the Life Insurance industry, your new company is positioned as a top-tier player, renowned for its exceptional service, innovative solutions and robust business operations. As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Case Management Manager to join the team.

Your new role

Manage new case submissions by coordinating the end-to-end process of life insurance applications and operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all case handling activities.
Act as a liaison between front office and back office teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor case progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or escalations to meet standard operating procedures.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of case files, documentation, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely and accurate decision-making on complex cases.
Prepare management reports on operational performance for senior leadership review.
Drive customer-centric practices by ensuring policyholders receive clear communication, timely updates, and empathetic support throughout the case lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in case management, distribution operations, or sales support
Exposure to Life Insurance Products and Life Insurance Industry is preferred
Relevant Insurance qualifications is a plus
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
