Job Description - Case Manager, Distribution

Your new company
A well-established insurance firm in Asia with a strong international presence, who provide high-quality insurance solutions and promote a positive, supportive working environment. A Case Manager is now sought to support their Distribution Team.

Your new role

Handle end-to-end processing of insurance cases submitted by distribution channels
Review and verify application documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements
Act as the key point of contact for distributors on case status, requirements, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g. underwriting and compliance) to resolve case issues efficiently
Communicating with Distribution and RMs regarding underwriting requirements
Provide administrative and operational support to enhance distributor experience and service quality
Maintain accurate case records and update systems to ensure data integrity

What you'll need to succeed

Fluent in written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin
University degree or equivalent in Insurance, Banking or Finance related discipline
4 years' experience in case management or sales support in the insurance industry
