A Leading Insurance Brokerage focusing on High-Net Worth (HNW) Individuals is expanding rapidly and looking to strengthen its team. They partner with top-tier insurers to deliver bespoke wealth protection and risk management solutions for affluent individuals and families. They are looking for a Case Manager to join and grow with their team.

Your new role

Manage the full life insurance application process from submission to policy issuance.
Review application forms and required documents for accuracy & completeness.
Submit cases to insurers and monitor progress through service teams.
Communicate clear, regular status updates to advisors and clients throughout the application journey.
Resolve administrative issues, missing documentation, or delays by liaising with insurer service teams.
Maintain accurate case records, communication logs, and documentation in internal systems.
Build strong relationships with advisors, insurer service teams, and internal departments to support smooth case operations.
