Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the logistics of events, weddings and club events
• Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure the functions are run smoothly
• Provide training to staff and casual workers to lead a team to achieve total guests’ satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with set service standards according to guidelines established by management
• Handle complaints professionally

Requirements:

• 3 years or above related experience in similar position preferably in Hotel/ Club industry
• Self-motivated and responsible and willing to take up flexible work schedules
• Excellent in customer relations and leadership skills
• Good interpersonal skills and team player approach
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering Services Manager
