About Our Client

We are looking to hire for an IPO CFO for a start up fintech company.

Job Description

As a CFO, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business goals.
Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards.
Managing cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.
Providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Leading and mentoring the accounting & finance team to achieve optimal performance.
Driving cost efficiencies and optimizing financial operations in the Kowloon office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO should have:

A strong educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting standards.
IPO experience is a must
Start Up experience is a must
Leadership skills to manage and inspire a finance team.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
