Change Management (Operations) - Global Markets

We are looking for a seasoned Manager of Operational Change Management to join a well-know financial institution. This pivotal role aims to enhance current business workflows, develop processes for new products, and lead change initiatives to guarantee maximum operational efficiency across all product categories.

• Assess and improve existing operational workflows to meet industry standards.
• Introduce process enhancements to optimize operational management.
• Update and maintain documentation for current products and system workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline and document new process requirements.
• Partner with technology teams to convert operational needs into enhancements.
• Assist project teams in ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Regularly report on project status and identify potential risks or challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive transformation initiatives.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in operations or change management within the financial services sector.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformation initiatives, including process improvement.
• Solid understanding of financial products and operational methodologies across multiple asset classes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the skill to interpret complex information.
• Familiar with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficient in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
