Job Overview:

We are seeking a Chartered Building Services Manager to lead our building services operations for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience and a strong background in managing building services within the contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of building services systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate building services into overall project plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for building services.
• Implement innovative solutions for building services management, including digital and automated systems.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building services management, preferably within a contracting environment.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale construction projects, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.
• Strong understanding of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
