Chartered Engineer (Transportation Civil Infrastructure)

We are looking for a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer to join our expanding Hong Kong transportation and infrastructure team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technical excellence, client engagement and helping grow both people and business. You will take ownership of project delivery while helping shape the direction of a growing consultancy business in Hong Kong and work closely with local and international teams to deliver infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural engineering design and project delivery.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with specialist disciplines.
• Deliver high-quality technical solutions for transportation and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications and submissions.
• Interface with clients, government authorities and project stakeholders.
• Support business development, bids and client relationship management.
• Mentor and develop graduate and intermediate engineers.
• Maintain technical excellence and quality assurance standards.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Hong Kong business.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (MHKIE, MICE, MIStructE or equivalent).
• Typically 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience delivering transportation, rail, highway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong engineering practices and approval processes.
• Commercial awareness and client-facing experience.
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire project teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
