Chief Concierge (5-Day Work Week)

We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain smooth daily operation of Concierge and valet parking.
• Response to guest comments and take necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction level.
• Maximize daily transportation revenue.
• Propose and review the operating procedures for Concierge to improve the quality and efficiency.
• Provide on-the-job training to Concierge team and trainees.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry in which at least 3 years in a supervisory level.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
• Strong awareness of market trends.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Concierge.
