My client is a newly established, well-capitalised life insurer with a differentiated proposition at the intersection of traditional insurance and digital assets.

They are hiring a Chief Distribution Officer (CDO), based in Hong Kong with a regional remit, to drive the build-out of intermediary and partnership-led distribution, with a focus on offshore solutions.

We are keen to speak discreetly with distribution leaders who have a proven track record in building and scaling partner-driven businesses, with strong familiarity across broker compensation structures, referral models, and commercial partnerships.
