Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

I am currently recruiting for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead a fast-growing Hong Kong Asset Management firm.

This role is ideal for a commercial leader who can leverage a solid existing foundation - including a US$1 Billion AUM base and deep institutional expertise to build and scale the firm's public fund distribution and external client business.

Key Highlights:

To architect and execute a growth strategy focused on expanding the public fund offerings and attracting third-party capital.

Leverage the firm's investment capabilities, through managing insurance assets, to create compelling products for a broader investor base.

Lead the entire business, responsibility for P&L, investment strategy, and team leadership.

We are seeking:

A commercial leader with 15-20+ years in asset management with a solid track record in growing external AUM

Must be a qualified SFC Responsible Officer (RO) with licenses for Type 1, 4, and 9 activities.

Experience running an SFC-regulated entity, with full P&L and operational accountability.
