China Fixed Income Sales

Our client is a growing fixed income franchise seeking a VP-level sales professional to join their Rates desk. This is a high-impact role covering China-based financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs), with strong internal support and a clear mandate to grow.

The Role

You will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with China FI and NBFI clients, distributing rates products including government bonds, interest rate swaps, repos and related derivatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive revenue by pitching and distributing rates products to China FI/NBFI clients
2. Build and deepen relationships with key decision-makers across banks, insurers, asset managers, and other NBFIs
3. Collaborate with trading, research, and structuring teams on product delivery and idea generation
4. Stay ahead of macro trends and regulatory developments affecting China fixed income markets
5. Contribute to the desk's broader coverage strategy and business development efforts
