Responsibilities:
Provide support to the administration of MPF scheme to comply with regulatory and services requirements
Process requests from customers such as member enrolment, contribution handling, fund rebalancing, benefits payment, and asset transfer in/out.
Handle customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist to prepare regulatory reports.
Assist in projects whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Degree holder; fresh graduates also will be considered;
2-3 years working experience, preferable in MPF scheme administration/customer services;
Self-motivated, good team player and attentive to details;
Good at PC applications especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Strong communication and customer service skills;
Good command of English and Chinese
Candidate with proven performance may have the opportunity to be converted to perm role
