Job Description - CIB Senior Business Finance Manager
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a CIB Senior Business Finance Manager.
In this role you will need:
Responsible for all aspects of central CIB Business Finance deliverables in Asia, including monthly internal reporting, forecasting, annual plan and strategic analysis for senior management. This includes the coordination of central activities for the Asia and MENAT region.
Business partnering with regional and country business to deliver sound financial advice on business performance and forecasting to drive business growth and returns while optimising costs and capital consumption.
Drive the development and delivery of financial analysis providing monitoring and steer to the business on critical financial indicators (KPI) in line with CIB strategic areas of focus.
Be a catalyst for business and finance directives, including delivery of stress testing exercise, sustainable finance/ ESG agenda etc
Support and collaborate with stakeholders on the transformation agenda on regards to Visualisation, Digital Finance Mis.
Drive changes in Operating Model, Automation and Technology / Visualisation to achieve sustainable process improvements across CIB Finance for Asia.
Support business and finance on SOX compliance
To be successful you will need:
Relevant business finance background preferably with commercial banking or global banking experience. RWA experience is a plus.
Proven track record of successful business partnering
Accountancy, Finance or Economics qualifications preferred
Significant experience in financial analysis, modeling/forecasting and relevant Finance and Bank systems.
Agile, change mindset, dynamic and curious approach to work
Excellent analytical skills with advance ability to work with data to draw conclusions and deliver actionable insights
Exceptional drive and commitment, ability to work and thrive in a fast changing and results driven environment
An inquisitive mind who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, continuously look at ways to improve processes and reduce duplications
Strong technical and commercial understanding of what drives the numbers
Proven leadership and relationship management skills in dealing with all levels as well as the confidence to interact with senior management
Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Proven ability in handling competing priorities
A self-starter who is not afraid to speak up and face a challenge and also open to listen to guidance and learn as they go
Excellent communication, planning and organization skills
Good operating skills, including use of TM1, Omnia Office, Qlik, Python etc.
