CIO Investment Specialist, Private Banking Department

Responsibilities:

• Perform cross asset research with focus on FX and equity themes;
• Responsible for CIO house view publications and investment note;

• Manage relevant house view fund’s asset allocations, products selection, trade execution, performance and risk attribution and ongoing monitoring;
• Work closely with Relationship Managers & Investment Consultants to support internal and external fund product sales;
• Participate in and contribute to house view fund investment management & marketing initiatives;

• Ensure strict compliance with all internal policies and procedures, as well as all local and cross-border regulatory requirements;
• Participate in system enhancement projects;
• Handle projects or ad-hoc task as assigned by supervisors / management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years of working experience in research, investment consulting, fund management, or sales in Private Banking, Asset Management or Investment Bank Research;
• Strong knowledge in global macroeconomics, cross asset allocation and FX;
• CFA is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proactive and diplomatic mindset with “can-do” attitude;
• Proficiency in PC skills such as Bloomberg, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing;

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
