Claim / Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle Inquires from clients
• Assist staff to handle and follow up claims
• Handle marine declaration and spot marine cert issuance
• Handle renewal and quotation slip
• Perform Ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• University graduate or related subjects in Business
• 2 years of working experience prefer in business/financial 
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese, English,
• Fluent in Japanese would be an advantage

*Fresh graduates/candidates with less experience will also be considered*

Salary: $16,000 - 20,000

Working location: Admiralty

Working hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m
