Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Register insurance claims in company systems

- Prepare correspondence letters for claimants

- Process and distribute claim settlement cheques

- Maintain organized physical/digital claim files

- Contact doctor or clinic to follow up medical records

Requirements:

- 2+ years administrative experience (insurance preferred)

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent written communication skills

- Ability to manage confidential information
