Claims Officer / Assistant

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)”) with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.

Responsibilities

• Assess all types of individual claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of policy


• Follow up on the subsequent clerical duties including filing and mailing


• Prepare training material and provide training to sales channels and internal staff in relation to individual/ group claims


• Assist in preparing claims guidelines


• Assist in system development and perform UAT


• Handle phone inquiries from brokers, agents & direct clients

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines; insurance professional qualification such as LOMA or ALHC is highly preferred


• Minimum 1 years of experience in Life Insurance industry with good knowledge of life insurance / claims processing


• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage


• Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing


• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Claims Assistant
