Clerk (5 Days)

Salford Consultation Limited is a management company of Derby Foods Corporation Limited with over 200 staffs in more than 50 fresh and frozen meat retail shops. To cope with our rapid business expansion and developments, we would like to invite persons of high caliber to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling sales and purchase orders
• Perform data entry, data checking, and prepare regular reports
• Maintain the accuracy of data in sales & procurement system, inventory control and record data etc.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide support on data-related tasks
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Secondary / DES or above in any disciplines
• At least 1-2 years solid experience in administrative or clerical support
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
• Well-organized, detail minded and independent with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
