Leading Chinese financial institution

Job Description

Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process for B2B clients (EAMs, family offices, Type 1/9 licensees), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Reviewing and verifying client documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related issues promptly.
Providing regular updates to clients about the status of their onboarding process.
Maintaining accurate records of client onboarding activities in the internal system.
Ensuring adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
Collaborating with the WealthTech team to improve onboarding workflows and user experience.
Delivering high-quality support and guidance to clients throughout the onboarding journey.

The Successful Applicant

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly within client onboarding or similar functions.
Strong knowledge of AML and KYC compliance requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using onboarding systems and tools, with a tech-savvy mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
A proactive and client-focused approach to service delivery.
