Client Representative

Our client is a rapid expanding company in the insurance industry. To cope with their business growth, they are looking for a Client Representative to join their team.

Main tasks

• Handle and negotiate policies renewal
  


• Liaise with insurers to get quotes in the best interest of our clients
  


• Design and build proposals for new clients
  


• Provide professional advice, recommendations, and service to clients on their insurance product and risk exposure
  


• Maintain high quality relationship with clients and insurers
  


• Develop expertise in employee’s benefits insurance
  


• Commercial development, marketing research
  


• Take responsibility of a portfolio of clients
  

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in customer service (Fresh grad is welcome)
  


• Strong customer service orientation
  


• Entrepreneur mindset
  


• Fluent in English, Cantonese and mandarin
  


• Good presentation and communication skills
