Job Description - Client Service Associate (Family Office/Private Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist COO and head of BD in managing client relationships by responding to inquiries, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings.
  • Coverage of Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in supporting investment representatives to building and maintaining long-term, high-quality and bespoke relationships
  • Trade Execution: Management of trade life cycle: pre-trade checks on clients' suitability and eligibility, provision of risk disclosure, trade booking and settlement to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies
  • Account Management: Support the onboarding of new clients by preparing account opening forms, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for client portfolios or internal use.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5-7 years experience in private banking or wealth management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
