Job Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of Hong Kong and offshore companies.
• Handle client inquiries via email and phone, primarily communicating in Japanese.
• Provide company secretarial support, including the preparation and submission of Annual Returns, Business Registration renewals, processing changes of shareholders/directors, and preparing various registry documents.
• Assist with accounting and audit duties, such as collecting accounting records, liaising with clients and auditors, issuing invoices, and managing accounts receivable.
• Assist clients with bank account opening and ongoing account maintenance.
• Ensure corporate compliance for both Hong Kong and offshore entities.
• Handle internal data management and general administrative tasks.
• Participate in online meetings with clients when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive daily operational support to the Japanese Manager.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in accounting, finance, or company secretarial duties (Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, company secretarial providers, or Japanese corporate administrative departments is highly preferred).
• Business to Native level Japanese proficiency and good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in client servicing or customer support with a polite and highly responsive working attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling careful administrative tasks.
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to follow procedures and meet strict deadlines.
• A flexible team player who is willing to take on various tasks and support colleagues.
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong. (No visa support provide)
• Looking for a long-term career commitment; immediate availability is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities（職務内容）

• 香港法人およびオフショア法人の設立・維持管理サポート
• クライアントからのメールおよび電話対応（主に日本語）
• 会社秘書役業務のサポート（年次更新手続き＜Annual Return＞の作成・提出、商業登記証＜BR＞更新、株主・役員変更手続き、各種登記書類の作成など）
• 会計・監査業務の補助（会計資料の回収、クライアントや監査人との連絡調整、請求書発行および売掛金管理など）
• 銀行口座開設および口座維持管理のサポート
• 香港およびオフショア企業のコンプライアンス管理
• 社内データ管理および一般事務作業
• 必要に応じたクライアントとのオンラインミーティングへの参加
• 日本人マネージャーの日常業務・オペレーション全般のサポート

Requirements（応募要件）

• 経理、財務、または会社秘書役業務に関する基本知識（会計事務所、監査法人、会社秘書役会社、または日系企業の管理部門での実務経験があれば尚可）
• ビジネス〜ネイティブレベルの日本語能力、および良好な英語コミュニケーション能力
• 丁寧かつレスポンスの早い対応ができる、顧客対応またはカスタマーサポートの経験
• MS Office（Excel、Word、Outlook）の基本操作スキル
• 正確性を重視し、細やかな事務作業を苦にせず丁寧に行える方
• 高いタイムマネジメント能力を持ち、決められた手順に従い期限内に業務を進められる方
• 業務範囲を限定せず柔軟に対応でき、周囲と協力して業務を進められるチームプレイヤー
• 香港での就労資格をお持ちの方（ビザサポートなし）
• 長期勤務が可能な方（即日勤務開始できる方歓迎）
