Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and termination processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database and connected systems
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), record test outcomes clearly, and prepare supporting documentation including procedures, checklists and sign-off forms to facilitate smooth project rollouts
Respond to and resolve cash market and Stock Connect-related enquiries received through the Participant Services hotline
Participate in various assigned special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the financial services sector, ideally gained in Operations, Compliance, Client Services or KYC functions
Solid understanding of securities markets, with practical exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland China cash equities markets
Strong collaborative mindset and proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Excellent self-management skills, including strong task prioritization, meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving capability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; additional knowledge of VBA and/or Power BI is highly advantageous
