Client Services Associate

Role Summary

A first-line client services professional responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, ensuring efficient communication, and providing tailored client care within the Integrated Client Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle client queries and escalate internally when necessary
• Monitor clients' Net Open Position (NOP) and margin utilizations
• Manage client cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Process client audit, balance confirmations, and due diligence enquiries
• Support client-facing platform demonstrations
• Complete regular tasks including monthly billing, rebates, and reporting
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
