Commercial Banking - Chief Administration Office

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Client Services Manager .

Principal responsibilities
  • Lead comprehensive process reviews and reengineer the customer onboarding process flow to identify and implement streamlining opportunities, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery for New to Bank process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Perform workflow analysis across other operational processes to identify further improvement areas and support operational efficiency.
  • Oversee governance activities and collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectations and standards.
  • Produce and manage management information (MI), regular updates to Regional and Group offices, and prepare management reports, presentations, papers, and periodic updates for the senior management.

Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Proven years of work experience in providing high standard of customer service and project management preferred
  • Knowledge in commercial banking, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory requirements on corporate customers
  • Project management experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of delivering process improvements
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop practical solutions
  • Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attentiveness to detail, with strong business sense and ability to make sensible business judgments
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
