Client Services Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Client Services Senior Manager
• Responsible for day to day management of client services support activities for the sales team, preparing PPT, analysis reports and write up drafting
• Work closely with different internal departments, including compliance, operation and investment teams for project coordination on ongoing basis
• Responsible for Request For Proposals (RFP) co-ordination, compilation, due diligence on clients and CRM update
• Assist the sales colleagues for regular reports delivery and also assist with ad hoc request
• Other ad hoc tasks and projects

Job Requirements

• Master degree holder preferred in Finance/Economics/Business or related majors with 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good knowledge of financial products & detail-minded with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Graduates with related experience is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Good knowledge of programming language, Wind and Bloomberg Terminal for data update is a plus
• Professional translation skill is a plus
• A team player with initiatives and self-motivation
