Working with the CA and CS teams, you will be responsible for providing f2f customer services, managing day-to-day operations, and answering customer enquiries in medical clinic depending on experiences.

- Oversee / Manage Concierge services at the clinic
- Appointment booking and cross selling and answer general enquires
- Initiative to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets industry and professional standard.
- Resolve complaints ethically and professionally
- Regular review & develop policy / guidelines
- Enrich frontline staff's service and knowledge through training and coaching
Profile
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with 5 years of managerial level in customer service field.
- Healthcare / medical / insurance / Hospitality / luxury retail background are preferred
- Strong operation management and people management skill
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Good computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as CS Officer/ Clinic Assistant
