Job Description

As a Co-investment Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence for potential co-investment opportunities.
Structuring and executing investment deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Preparing detailed investment memos and presenting findings to senior management.
Monitoring portfolio performance and providing actionable insights to enhance returns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making processes.
Staying updated with market trends and identifying growth equity opportunities.
Participating in strategic discussions to align investments with organizational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Co-investment Senior Associate should have:

A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking (TMT/Healthcare preferred)
Strong track record in Series A-B stage investments or transactions
Solid analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong interest in innovation-driven sectors; healthcare / life sciences background is a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills, open for business trip.
