Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (VP/AVP)

Overview:

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of Middle Market Enterprises (MME) and Small‑to‑Medium Enterprises (SME).
• Identify new business opportunities across lending, deposits, trade finance, and treasury products.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and ongoing account servicing.
• Assess clients' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions to support their business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of banking services.

• 5-8 years of stable working experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, in relationship management role.
• Solid understanding of lending, credit analysis, trade finance, and general banking products.
• Strong client management, communication, and business development skills.
• Good credit sense with the ability to prepare and review credit proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline; relevant qualifications (e.g., HKIB) are an advantage.
