Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and sales results
- Maintain close relationships with major customers and chains
- Implement sales strategy and build effective sales team
- Lead, motivate and develop sales staff
- Find and onboard new major customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Oversee retail stores including opening/closing, site selection, and process optimization
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for retail and wholesale
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Energetic, positive, and relationship-oriented
- Independent and proactive
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commercial/business education background
- Proven track record in sales-oriented roles
- Management experience, preferably in retail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar tools
- Strong financial acumen and business sense
- Driven to achieve results and progress
