The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Work closely with sales team and support the projects management.
• Manage to negotiate with factory on orders production status to ensure on time delivery.
• Take charge of the logistic arrangement to achieve cost savings for the sales orders.
• Handle system data maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage customers' expectation.
• Support Sales Manager on sales activities.

The Profile

• You have 3 to 5 years experience within Sales Administration or Customer Service role, ideally within the Industrial and Professional Services industries.
• Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• You are organised, analytical and have good interpersonal skills.
• You have good computer skills ( MS Excel).
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
