Commodity Analyst

1. Key Responsibilities Conduct deep fundamental research across commodity sectors (e.g., Oil, metals) to develop a comprehensive investment pipeline .
2. Build, maintain, and enhance detailed commodity supply and demand models to forecast market balances .
3. Monitor global macroeconomic indicators, geopolitical events, weather patterns, and policy changes to identify trading opportunities and assess risks .
4. Utilize data analytics and quantitative methods to assess market conditions and generate predictive insights .

1. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science .
2. An advanced degree (Master’s, MBA)

Experience

2-7 years of relevant experience in commodity research, trading, or investment roles, ideally within asset management, hedge funds, investment banking, or proprietary trading desks .
