Communications Design Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Communications Design Manager .

In this role you will need:

• Propose new life insurance product propositions, drive and lead the development of new products and business strategy based on customer needs and economic environment to help achieve business targets
• Manage rollout of insurance products, including channel optimisation, value proposition and product development
• Lead end-to-end insurance product development process from monitoring of insurance market trends, intelligence and competition, conduct market research and analysis, lead customer focus group and product design implementation
• Construct product collaterals for necessary internal and regulatory approvals
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in influencing, motivating and building strong internal or external business relationships in a complex organisation, e.g., marketing, multiple distribution channels, operations, underwriting, finance, legal and compliance
• Carry out duties with high integrity and adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures and to mitigate the risks
  
  

To be successful you will need:

• Prior experience in insurance business, with solid experience in life insurance product development and pricing experience as an advantage
• University degree in relevant discipline, any professional actuarial bodies and related qualification is a bonus
• Demonstrated proven ability in launching successful insurance products
• Strong business acumen, customer centric mindset with strong analytics skill and ability to articulate and solve complex issues with other stakeholders
• A positive, enthusiastic, committed and possess 'can do' attitude team player
