COMMUNITY MANAGER [Ref. CM]

Hutchison Property Group Limited , a member of CK Asset Group, develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. Our portfolio includes some of Hong Kong's largest private development projects and a number of landmark developments in Mainland China. 

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related disciplines

• 5-7 years’ experience in co-working space, business center or hospitality industry

• To provide administrative and operational support to the business center

• To maintain the business center to a high standard, oversee the enforcement of house rules and provide on-site support

• To manage client relationships, including on/offboarding arrangement, contract renewal and enquiry / complaint handling

• To create and review SOPs, improve and streamline the procedures

• To collaborate with internal and external parties to provide support to and ensure the smooth execution of all events

• Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Immediate available is highly preferred

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Community Manager
