We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary to join an international professional services firm.

Our client is an international firm with a reputable presence in Hong Kong.

Description

This role will be responsible for overseeing and handling full spectrum company secretarial work for a portfolio of Hong Kong and offshore companies. You will work with an Assistant and help to mentor/guide them in their daily work.

Profile

The successful candidate is required to have prior managerial experience in the company secretarial field and be an Associate Member of HKCGI. Experience working in a professional firm or law firm is highly preferred. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Preference will be for candidates who are immediately available.
