Company Secretarial Officer - Offshore Firm

We are looking for a company secretary professional who is experienced in handling offshore matters from a professional firm.

Client Details

Our client is a leading offshore law firm with a sizeable corporate services team in Hong Kong.

Description

This role will report to the Manager and be responsible for handling full spectrum company secretarial work for a portfolio of offshore companies, including Cayman Islands and BVI jurisdictions. You will be required to handle work such as incorporation, registration/de-registration, change of company, statutory filings, etc.

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be an Associate Member of HKCGI and have around 4-5 years of experience working in a large professional firm handling offshore matters. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese is required.
