Job Description - Compliance Associate, Global Markets

Your new company
Our client is a leading financial services provider with a strong presence across global markets. They are seeking a motivated Compliance Associate to join their team and ensure our operations meet the highest regulatory standards worldwide.

Your new role

Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across global markets, including Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal monitoring to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with regulatory filings, reporting, and communication with regulators.
Provide compliance training and guidance to business units.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
Require 3-5 years of compliance experience in financial services, preferably with exposure to global markets, but not a must.
Strong knowledge of securities, derivatives, and cross-border regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
