The Company

An exciting opportunity for a Compliance Associate to work closely with front‑office and leadership teams, gaining broad regulatory exposure while helping shape a strong compliance culture in a stable environment.

The Role

• Support the day‑to‑day compliance function across regulatory, advisory, and monitoring activities
• Assist with regulatory filings, licensing applications, and ongoing correspondence with regulators
• Support compliance monitoring, reviews, and documentation
• Provide compliance and regulatory support to business and operational teams
• Assist with AML, KYC, client onboarding, and periodic review processes
• Draft, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal documentation
• Monitor regulatory developments and assist with impact assessments
• Support compliance training and awareness initiatives
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory inspections, and ad‑hoc compliance projects

Your Profile

• Degree in Law, or relevant legal / compliance qualification
• 3years + of experience in compliance, legal, or paralegal roles within financial services, law firms, or professional services
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance within asset management, hedge funds, or investment firms
• Good understanding of Hong Kong regulatory requirements (SFC, AML/CTF preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle documentation‑heavy work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage
