Compliance, COO Office Global Trading Platform

We have been engaged by a leading global trading firm that is seeking an APAC Compliance COO to join their team in Hong Kong.

Your key duties include overseeing Compliance-related KPIs/KRIs across the region, driving and implementing APAC-wide and global Compliance initiatives in close partnership with global Compliance team, and providing strategic support to the APAC CCO on governance frameworks and senior management reporting. You will act as the vital connector between local trading desks, technology teams, operations, and global counterparts to ensure seamless alignment.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial markets, ideally within a fast-paced trading or market-making environment, candidates coming from Big 4 auditing background with strong project management experience supporting compliance and/or trading business will also be considered. Prior hands-on experience in AI project is an advantage.
