Compliance Director - Quantitative Hedgefund

Our client is a leading quantitative hedge fund headquartered in Asia. They are seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to serve as an individual contributor driving the firm's global compliance initiatives. This role will report jointly to the Global COO and the Chief Compliance Officer based in Beijing.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience working under the SFC regulatory framework, with solid exposure to Type 9 regulated activities
• Ideally qualified to serve as Responsible Officer (RO) or Manager-in-Charge (MIC)
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent English proficiency
• Ability to operate independently while managing cross‑border compliance matters
