COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, your main responsibilities will be performing pre-trade and post-trade compliance monitoring. Handle SFC applications, regulatory and general compliance matters including personal dealing, review marketing materials, analyze transaction activity detected, and other regulatory reporting and filings with respect to SFC-authorized funds, private funds, and discretionary mandates. Review and update compliance policies and procedures. Perform AML/KYC review and due diligence checks on clients, service providers, and online platforms.

To qualify, you must be a degree holder with at least 5 years of working experience in asset management firms. Hands-on investment compliance experience with Bloomberg AIMS. You should have an eye for details, independent and familiar with SFC regulations. You must have good communications skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
