Compliance Manager, Fast-growing Fintech/Web3

Your new role

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures across the organisation.
  
• Monitor regulatory developments in blockchain and digital assets, and advise leadership on implications.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure internal controls are effective and aligned with industry standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations, product) to embed compliance into business processes.
  
• Lead compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
  
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders as needed.
  
• Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree or compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) preferred.
  
• 5-7+ years of compliance experience, ideally within fintech/web3.
  
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams globally.
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing innovation with regulatory responsibility.
