Compliance Officer

• Perform compliance matters
• 4 years’ experience in control room and research that apply to the banking industry

Our client is an Equities L/S investment fund with a strong focus on Asia region that is seeking for solid Compliance professional to join their compliance team in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance. Your main responsibility will be to handle compliance matters with its own internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements. Assist in the maintenance of compliance procedures and ensure the procedures are being enforced, interpret, and liaise with other departments on the application of regulations and implementation of compliance programs, conduct internal reviews, and coordinate regulatory reviews/audits. Monitor employee dealing activities and handle licensing matters.

To qualify, you should have a degree in Accounting, Law, and/or other related disciplines, along with over 4 years of experience in compliance. Excellent communication skills, independence, an analytical mind, and the ability to manage and prioritize work.
