We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Concierge to maintain a smooth operation and ensure all report are accurate and up to date
• Monitor daily performance and offer proper training and guardians to subordinate
• Handle guest comments and complaints tactfully, efficiently and complies with the Hotel policies and procedures
• Actively promote the services, facilities and standards of the hotel at every opportunity, and uphold its image at all times

Requirements:

• 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity with 2 years’ supervisory experiences
• Certificate or above in Hospitality or relevant discipline
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software (Word, Excel)
• Excellent customer services interpersonal skills
• Service oriented, proactive and a team player
