Job Description - Construction Safety Manager
Consolidate EHS data and information from the main contractor (e.g., KPIs, photo samples, records, documents, reports) to compile, analyze, and produce a comprehensive weekly report. The report should include, but not be limited to: Monthly site safety work conducted by Senior Management. Weekly site safety work conducted by the Project Manager. HRA 3-week lookahead forecast. Incident reporting and logs. Analysis of irregularities. KPI records, including accident statistics. Incident investigation report and root cause analysis, if applicable. Any other content required by the Employer and the tenant. Prepare and deliver online presentations to the Employer and the tenant on construction health, safety, and environmental protection matters on a weekly basis.

Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to safety and environmental aspects in Hong Kong. Must be a registered safety officer in Hong Kong with basic environmental training. Professional membership such as IOSH or registered safety auditor (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of working experience in property development. Proficient in using PowerPoint. Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency.
