More about the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant to join our dynamic Corporate Communications team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, developing and executing impactful PR strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the media landscape in Hong Kong and the broader region, excellent communication skills, and a passion for media relations and strategies.

What you'll do:

• Understand media dynamics in Hong Kong and the broader region, and generate insightful media reports for clients, including media monitoring and analysis


• Engage in various public relations tasks, including strategic management of media relations, coordination of one-on-one interviews, and execution of press conferences


• Create and distribute press releases and other media materials on behalf of clients in both Chinese and English


• Assist in event planning and organization, providing logistical support to ensure smooth execution


• Develop skills in managing client relationships independently, gaining an understanding of the client's industry, strategic objectives, and organizational structure


• Proactively share insights and ideas to address client needs within the team

Experience that contributes to success:

• Degree holder in Language and Translation, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business or relevant disciplines


• Minimum 4-6 years of media experience, PR or agency experience will be a plus


• Strong command of written and verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin


• Staying informed on current affairs and business news within Hong Kong and the Greater China region


• A genuine team player and self-starter with good work ethics


• Highly motivated and result-oriented with sound problem solving skills
