Content Writer (Hong Kong)

In this role you will…

• Create and oversee the publication of content across MANTRA official channels, covering evergreen topics, thought leadership, product launches, company updates and more in various mediums and across channels - print, web, social, video, EDM, trading platform and more.


• Develop a comprehensive content strategy and calendar (both proactive and reactive) created to resonate with and engage defined audiences, to increase engagement, brand loyalty and conversions.


• Create middle-of-funnel (MOF) content that nurtures leads and supports partnership, sales and internal teams. Manage translation services when needed. 


• Support the ideation, development, and execution of campaigns to enhance market presence and brand equity. 


• Monitor market movements and sentiment, adjusting when needed. 


• Utilise and operationalise the company’s style guide, both internally across departments and externally with vendors. Serve as a custodian of MANTRA’S voice, identity, values and image, actively championing its vision and mission across all channels and touchpoints.


• Ensure copy across all touchpoints reflects MANTRA brand voice and encourages user interaction in all supported languages. 


• Collaborate extensively with, and manage a network of external creative agencies and freelancers, across print, web and physical projects, as well as internal product designers and managers.


• Monitor and optimize the performance of organic channels, ensuring content ranks well on search engines and adheres to SEO best practice.


• Oversee the development of assets in mixed formats and languages for paid channels and partnerships.


• Support the requirements for physical and virtual events including design and production for swag, conference booths, community meet ups and select VIP dinners. You’ll support the content creation, and promotion of these events with the event manager, so to engage and educate select audiences.


• Work with event and design team to create online experiences designed to increase brand awareness and the number of developers building on MANTRA (hackathons, accelerator program etc)
