Contractors Labour Officer

Ming Hing Waterworks Engineering Co., Ltd is a premium integrated waterworks engineering, technology and investment company. The Group principally engages in the provision of project management services, maintenance and construction works for civil engineering projects on waterworks & drainage, roads & highways and slope upgrading services in Hong Kong. Founded in 1967, the Group has grown to establish itself as a major waterworks engineering service provider in Hong Kong, accountable for ensuring dependable water supply to the community.

Given increasing project work in Hong Kong and China, Ming Hing is inviting high calibre applicants for the following positions to join its present team of professionals .

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly reports on Payment of Wages, MPF contributions and daily records of wage books to site management
• Handle complaints from site personnel on any matters relating to wage payment and other personnel issues
• Responsible for employee relations and site administration issues
• Provide support to HR & Admin Dept
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• attaining Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics) or equivalent; or
• - attaining Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent;
• full-time working experience on personnel management or human resources related duties and good job records; andgood command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and
• good computer knowledge; and
• preferably have completed a post-secondary certificate programme on human resources or personnel management.
