Corporate Action - Manager

On behalf of a well-know securities firm, we are looking for an experienced Manager to support custody and day-to-day business operations across the HK & APEC markets. In this role, you'll help ensure corporate action activities and related operational workflows are handled accurately.

• Voluntary Corporate Actions (HK & APEC): Handle voluntary event processing for corporate actions, including accurate execution and verification.
• Accumulator / Decumulator Fixing: Perform fixing and checking for accumulator/decumulator-related events to ensure correct outcomes.
• Physical Deposit / Withdrawal: Manage end-to-end processing for physical deposits and withdrawals, including required coordination and documentation.
• Non-Trade FOP SI (Bonds / ELN / Mutual Funds): Process and validate non-trade FOP SI activities for relevant product types, ensuring data correctness and operational readiness.
• HK ELN Fixing Payments: Support and execute HK ELN fixing payment tasks in accordance with operational requirements.

• A Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate actions, nominee, and custody services
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
